Cool. I just bought today's two releases, thus taking the number of games I own on GOG over 500. Granted, it's not as cool as 600, or 700, or possibly (with the aid of time travel) 800, but it's still cool to me. And cool to you as well since it means I'm doing a giveaway!
To enter, simply guess what the first game I purchased on GOG was. If you get it right, you get $20 worth of games from your own selection. You could get four $5 games, two $10 games, or any combination that totals $20, give or take those pesky little bits of change that float around.
One guess per person per day. So that ought to give most of you up to three guesses since the contest is open until Saturday.
And for the rest? One randomly selected winner will get a copy of Postal and one will get a copy of Hocus Pocus.
This contest will last until roughly 6PM EST on Saturday (probably a couple minutes after, since I do have a handful of things to do after getting off work).
Oh, and a hint? Identifying my avatar will get you close to the correct game. You might have to do a little pixel-hunting for this one, but I expect true fans are used to that...
Edit: The main prize has been won! But to keep things interesting until the end of Saturday, I'm adding in two more games to the random drawing!
Now, I'm still giving away Postal 1 and Hocus Pocus, but now I'm going to offer two more games from this weekend's sale! Everyone who has already posted is automatically entered into this additional random drawing, and anyone who wants to join in merely has to guess what two games I myself will be purchasing from this sale to add to my collection
