I just finished Startopia and like always, sat through the credits. This came up towards the end:

They also had an "in memory of" but I wasn't quick enough to capture it. Luckily someone uploaded the credits onto youtube.

I loved Startopia, need to get back to it one of these days. Wasn't aware of the mentioning in the credits, it really would've deserved a sequel.

shame the sequel never got made as the first one ran pretty unnoticed by most gamers after release
