Dear GOG Users!
First of all, on behalf of the whole GOG team I'd like to thank you very much for your support and all positive comments we have received in so many posts. This really makes us believe that we do the right thing and gives us even more power and motivation to continue our way of bringing classic games with 100% DRM-free policy.
Second thing is, that if you are happy about what we offer here, please help to spread the word about GOG in other places. We do our best to be visible in as many places as we can, but our efforts have their limits, as there are not as many people working on GOG communication across the web as we'd like (actually two guys, Vandal and me).
Please do not treat it as a request, or something that we expect you to do. No... We just say, help us if you really feel (from deep inside) comfortable with it, and if you think that GOG is worth your help.
Once again, thank you everyone!
And have fun!

EDIT: You can check our "Spread the word" section to get some banners and maybe even buy yourself a GOG t-shirt!

there aren't many message boards I go to anymore and I don't have any real life friends that actually play pc games. (they all have macs, and my brother uses linux)
I will make a post on one of my few message boards right now though
YOU SHOULD HAVE LINKED THE SPREAD THE WORD SECTION OF THE SITE, SO PEOPLE CAN BUY T-SHIRTS AND STICKERS TO SPREAD THE WORD.

Good point Wec, thanks :)
Finally got around to publishing the interview with Lukasz Kukawski about GOG.com. English version is and the high-traffic Romanian version (which links to the English one) is [url=http://www.arenait.net/2010/02/02/de-vorba-cu-gog.html]here.

Sweet, thanks. News thread is probably the best place for this though.
It's cool GOG is up for talking to the little guys. :)
"We might add other price points in the future, but it’s nothing we’re actually discussing at the moment — it’s possible, but not obvious."
But Marcin said it was happening. What is going on here! I hope no more prices. D:
PS. GOG got a little mention from Stardock here. :)

Well Cook, I have a lovely T-shirt bearing the GOG.com name.
I do all I can to spread the word now. GOG is the best thing to hit PC gaming in many a year. In fact, I had almost given up on PC gaming until you came along. I hate DRM. I purchase all my games legally, but have had enough DRM troubles to make me swear to never buy another game wtih DRM. That's what initially attracted me to GOG - no DRM.
So, thanks, GOG and I will spread the word. You guys get it! You respect gamers and you will have an ever growing loyal customer base and deservedly so.
(Now, if I could only download some kielbasa and sauerkraut (with a little apple in it) with my games...a Polish friend of mine (Leon) taught me this dish and it is so tasty and a good meal during the cold weather we're having here now. ;)

deoren: Good interview!

Thanks! Now if only Brendon Chung would reply I'd demo an even more consistent interview (although not related to GOG).
Hello to all,
A heck of a great site here, I love having a place for gamers to find the old great games that can not be played on the new computers.

my pleasure, on top of being a great service in your own right, your success pressures other publishers into reconsidering their DRM policies.
