I'll add to this myself. Luckily I only have had to use support once in these two and a half years and even then, it was about fixing a mistake I made during purchase. But during that one moment, they went above and beyond the call of duty.

So, hats of to the entire GOG ensemble for making this site an example of the better parts of gaming!

Similar has happened to me. Indeed.
I wanted to thank the GOG support too. I recently had trouble with a transaction that never properly completed, and the situation was quickly and painlessly resolved. First time I encountered a payment issue in over 4 years, and the GOG support made sure it didn't remain an issue for long.
I just wanted to say thank you to Firek, Genoan, and any other members of the GOG support team for their help recently. They really went above and beyond the call of duty, so thank you guys very much!

I don't suppose someone could give a link of this thread to the douchebag from the other day who kept bitching about how terrible the support was here. :D The booger hound didn't even try to contact them and yet he kept moaning about how they weren't helping. Go figure.

Oh yeah, I remember that guy. He bought Unmechanical, I think, and whined about how it didn't work on his computer. What a wuss :P
