Yeah, I'll buy anything on here before Steam if there's an option. I have a desktop and a laptop, and I like to throw games on each (and not always have internet access) and not worry about anything. I really like gog's interface to (i.e. entirely web-based).
I'm all for supporting them. bought 3 games so far, I just need to finish them before spending money on more. I have my eyes on redneck rampage and sacred!

michaelleung: Activation on patches instead of games should be something all publishers should do.

I sincerely hope that doesn't happen. Activation is the second-most invasive and impractical solution I have ever encountered.
At the very least whenever this is used there should be a clearly visible warning on the box saying "Internet connection required for updates".
i could only afford to get 2 games right now.
but rest assured that i will be getting more to support this site (and to also get the games of course!)
Got 5 games so far. I haven't had any problems with any of them. So far all of them work on my desktop and my laptop. Thinking about getting the Ghost Master game for my girls. Looks like thier type of thing.
I like the downloadable extras that come with the games. It's almost like getting a collector's edition.
I do wish the coming soon areas showed stuff coming out further out in advance than the following Tuesday.
The DRM fiasco that's going on right now with PC gaming is driving me to this site. The $50 I was going to spend on Grand Theft Auto IV is going to get me another hand-full of games from this site.
I'll be getting 3 more before the weekend becuase of the "buy 2 get 1 free" deal going on.
