I'm unable to find my support ticket that I submitted. When I click on the Message link in the My Account pull down menu it just redirects me back to the games shelf. How do I access the support ticket?

You don't access them, your "ticket" is the e-mail you receive some time after contacting support.
What he said. Check email.

but that still leaves the problem with being unable to get to the messages page.
Try waiting. thats been happening alot recently. The other day(Well week really) I couldn't get to my forum replies or wishlist. Just sent me to game shelf and homepage when I tried

I received an email indicating that your ticket has been answered but did not find any answer just an automated message that the ticket has been answered.
Odd. The support system has been totally e-mail based for quite a while now. AFAIK, there is no access to the tickets through website at all anymore. Have you done the basics, like check your spam folder to see if it caught the actual response by accident?

Normally you should have received an e-mail like that :

Hi,

This is an automated message.
Your support request "xxxxxxx" has been received. It has been assigned ticket number xxxxxxxx.

If you want to tell us more about this issue, please answer this email.

We will do our best to help you.

Regards,

GOG.com Support

KeithWeisshar:
What Gersen said. You get first email as a confirmation that, they have resieved your ticket.
Then you have to wait for another email. With a solution. It will take some time. As there is a time difference between US and Europe.

I have already received the second automated email as a confirmation that your ticket has been answered but it doesn't include the actual reply.

Try PMing one of the blue text guys on the forums or sending a new e-mail through the general feedback link under the "Contact us" section of the site. However, it is the weekend and GOG does not operate its full staff over the weekends (some of the guys might show up on the forums in their time off), so you are not likely to get any kind of response until Monday at the earliest.
