I just sent a message to the GOG Support but couldn't really understand if it's gone. When I clicked send button, page just reloaded itself and didn't give a confirmation. I hadn't used this form before so I couldn't be sure.

I had the exact same thing happen when trying to use paypal to process an order -- left it for half an hour and then it worked fine. I think the site is just being overloaded with all the people wanting xmas goodies :P
Yea it's working. Don't worry, the support form sends you back to the main support page, but I'm quite sure the ticket's been sent. I know because I sent 3-4 tickets, all of which also booted me back to the support page, and I did get a reply from GOG eventually (today).
That's a nice waste of time for customers and support staff alike. Hard to believe they couldn't implement ANY form of feedback on a successful submission, either on the contact page or at least with an automated email...
Yeah well they're about to learn that the tedious way when they start clearing their inbox.
