I keep getting this when i submit a game support ticket.

I want to request CD key for Neverwinter Nights but i cant. it keeps going backward and shows no games.

I have many games on my account :\

Just use the other issue and blast your message off to them. It should get to the right place. Bear in mind that it can take up to 2 working days to get a reply though.

Have you tried refreshing that page also, ctrl & r for Opera browser and its ctrl & f5 for most other browsers. May be all it needs with the site update and the new way things are managed.

Yeah, probably a bug caused by the site redesign. Start posting some hurtful Norway insults, that always gets the attention of the staff.

Also: I do not get it right from your post but currently there is a bug while sending message to support - there is no confirmation it was mailed - page is just going back as if nothing had happened - maybe it's your case.

There is a bug and they are working to fix it,. i got a answere from support.

GOG just fixed a problem I was having signing into my account. The problem stemmed from my AT&T U-verse connection - a warning to anyone else who uses AT&T, they don't like GOG for some reason and emails won't get through to you from the Reset Password pop-up no matter how many times you see "Success!".

JuriJ from the support team got back to me with super speed, considering the time difference between the US and Poland. I'm more than happy with their quick response. And the new downloader!
