I wrote to support in polish.
Is there anyone who can read that?
Or I should write another question in english?

I don't know waht should I do? Can anyone answer this silly question?

Even if the person that reads the support doesn't read polish yet, there are some people working there that can read (and speak) Polish. However, since support works business hours, it will take some time to reply. I think usual time is a couple of working days, but they may get to you sooner.
