We've had under 20 degree weather the past 3 months. Now it's 60 mid day and 30 at night. We had tornadoes last night. My university alert system called my phone and woke me up at 1:30 in the morning. And my shoes no longer have any grip on them, so I slide every time it rains or snows.... and today, on a piece of sheet metal on a recycled metal bridge on campus that I step on every day without issue.
Welcome to the UK.

Oh wait...
Maybe it's the approaching doomsday. In any case it may not be that bad, so don't you worry about the atmosphere.
Climactic change.

tfishell: Climactic change.
Doesn't exist. What's more, those who don't believe climate change does not exist are a vast conspiracy to stamp out democracy. Senator Inhofe said so.

Of course it has nothing to do with the fact that Senator Inhofe owes his office to millions of dollars in oil company contributions.

same shit happened in poland. it was 12 degrees one day and the next it was barely 3-4 degrees at 2pm and was minus five at night.

The actual link ends in a hyphen (as written), which confuses the heck out of the forum editor :(

I'll see if I can make it better, or link a different source.

There, fixed it :)

I wasn't referring to climate change, I said "climactic change." Gettin' ready for the final apocalypse! ;)
It's so wet and cold here I have had a cold since I got here a month or so ago. Yet the other day it was inexplicably warm and sunny and dry for like 2 hours.

I think kavazovangel was speaking in centigrade. When I first read yours I literally did a spit-take, for some reason my brain registered you as living in a hot desert :) But yeah I got you now, fahrenheit, I take it you're living in the midwest? Strange weather indeed.

In the UK there is a drought, that means it rains only twice a week.

Edit: typo

Specifically, I live in eastern Missouri. When I'm with my family we're south of St. Louis. Right now I'm north of Rolla, where I go to school. The UK really gets that much rain?
