Relatively recently Steamgamesales.com started showing GOG sales, and it was great. But right now it's missing the Holiday sale. Is it because these are only available from the special holiday page?

Obviously they are just biased towards Steam and don't want to show the competition!

It's missing the sales for the same reason Didimatic is. GOG don't provide an XML feed and have not discounted the product prices in the main catalog.
