Anyways, uplay is pretty much a steam alike. The full client doesn't even hide in your system tray like steam and origin do. It'll close when you close the window. I also find it a bit refreshing because its missing a lot of the fluff steam has therefore being a lot more streamlined.

Actually, I meant on the server side of things. I didn't have a single black out this year.

But I'm also not down on the "repeated sales" blues. I have all the games I want and my wishlist is more of a "meh, eventually" list. Steam sales are less important with dailys, sales all year and more competition. But that isn't a bad thing, imo.

Btw. it looks like Valve isn't even trying to compete with Amazon. This year's steam sale is pretty weak imho.
