SWTOR: ToP is a webcomic and a prequal to the upcoming to the MMO 'Star Wars: The Old Republic' which is currently being developed by BioWare.
The comic is meant as an introduction to the story and the main characters so players will be known with the game world and better understand the story.

New parts will be released twice a month, the first 1 is up.
The graphics aren't in the style of the game.
Personally I think it's a nice way to introduce a game and the settings the story and gameplay takes place in.
As I'm not into MMOs it's not for me.
