Sooooo, now that I actually have it on my Steam account, I'm thinking of playing through KOTOR for the first time.
Any useful mods, classy GOGers? Preferably nothing that would make me restart the game, I just rescued Bastilla... (like, finally, a Jedi in my party).
I have a freshly baked batch of imaginary yet very tasty cookies for you. They taste just like your favorite dish if you concentrate enough.

The brotherhood of shadows mod is probably the biggest and best known mod for kotor. I haven't played it as my crappy internet cuts out before i finish downloading it. its about 700 megs and you will probably have to restart but it adds hours of gameplay. the weapons of the old republic mods adds a bunch of new different looking weapons and its really well made. Those are the only ones i can think of off the top of my head. There are quite alot of them

EDIT- when i say brotherhood of shadows i mean solomons revenge. From what i hear it adds a lot more than the original but if you cant do 700megs than the original is only about 60.

I can just suggest you to play the game entirely before using any mod.
Not that those mods would break your game (well, I don't know well KOTOR mods), but KOTOR itself doesn't need any additional stuff, it's very enjoyable as it is.
That said, not sure I would suggest you the same thing about KOTOR 2.
