I don't know if this topic has been brought up here before, but there isn't a whole lot of time remaining on this so I thought I'd give it a try. There is an awesome Kickstarter project called Starlight Inception. It looks like it is going to be an amazing new space sim in the tradition of all the oldschool games we know and love. They are in need of some help as there is only 8 days left in the campaign and they haven't even reached 40 percent funding yet as I type this. Let's show the big publishers that the space sim genre is not a dead one, give these guys some help if you can. Sadly, it will fail. It started in a bad moment when most of the people already spent money on double fine , banner saga and wasteland and the talk about day one DLC further alienated people who considered pledging. Oh well, better luck next time... :)

Yes this looks very promising and I they got my money already. Well if they get funded that is.
