gyokzoli: I got this email a few hours ago:

'Hi gyokzoli, do you want to reset your password?
Someone requested to reset your GOG.com account password. If it wasn't you, please ignore this e-mail and no changes will be made to your account. However, if you have requested to reset your password, please click the link below. You will be redirected to the GOG.com password reset form.'

And I did not request password reset.
Just by the by, you have your email address paired with your user name in the GOG wishlist. You only need an email address to trigger a password recovery. The hypothetical scenario is that someone looked in the wishlist, saw your email address and decided to give the whole account-hacking thing an amateur shot.

But yeah, change your passwords just to be sure.

JudasIscariot: "From Australia"

Explains the spiders :P

maycett: Haha xD I didn't realise we were so well known for our unfriendly wildlife.

maycett: lol, thanks.
Well, I heard some of the local spider species have health bars over them :D

To tell you the truth, I used to live in Florida which is the American version of Australia as far as the local wildlife coming in to your house and surprising you with its presence. I got into the habit of shaking out my boots/shoes real quick over there since you never know what was hiding in them. And wearing long pants even during the summer because of ticks...

One thing that was missing from FL was the damn platypus and ya'll can have THAT guy...

Actually, I think platypuses are cute :3 It's only the males who have the venomous spurs anyway, so you'd be alright 50% of the time if you met one :D

Thanks for the heads up!

I'm not worrying about my email account since I get the password via SMS when I (or someone else) try to login into my account on an other computer than I use at home (kinda like Steam Guard).
