Pax11: I should have made it more clear that I understand why it would be unethical to give away individual games from HB and Indie Royale if one agrees not to do so at the time of purchase. I was referring more to other sites, including this pack specifically.
I think the best way to support HB and IR when people give away their games is to simply decline the offer. If you want the games, buy the bundle. To take a moral stand for companies that they don't even take themselves
"Groupees and Indie Gala so far do not ask this of you, so it is not in my right to demand it either, just as much as I respect HB and IR I also respect Groupees and IG for their choice. So even if I do not like it, and wish it did not happen here, I do hold my tongue."
seems a bit over-the-top, even if you only spend mental energy on it. Maybe they don't ask it because they don't care if people give away keys, so you don't have to expend the energy to "not like it, and wish it did not happen here."

amok: Ah, well, not sure what to say... I personally do not like it and think it is wrong, but I respect IG and Grouppes enought to not make a case out of it when I see it.... it is really all I can say... Not sure what the question is about then. Because I do not like it, and it is a form of piracy (but a much more dishonest one, in my opinion) which is rampant, then I will point it out when I can (HB and IR giveaways). All it is costing me is rep-points really, which is of no value :) I think the best way to support HB and IR when people give away their games is to simply decline the offer. But at least I have a very clear conscience and I feel I am not going on against on my own personal convictions (even though people yell at me a lot for it). What was the saying? "Stand firm for your principles, even if you stand alone".
Why do you dislike someone giving away a game here if the company from whom they purchased it doesn't care (Groupees and Indie Gala, for instance)? Doesn't that take a lot of your own mental energy unnecessarily?
In truth, I suppose you answered that, since you seem to consider it piracy. I see it as gifting a paid-for extraneous item. To make it clear, I have never done this nor would I unless the key were for a game I already paid for in another venue. In other words, it would have to be an extra copy, not just something I received in a bundle that I didn't like.
I guess we simply view it differently, and I was simply curious why you would spend mental energy on something that even Groupees and Indie Gala haven't expended energy on. I doubt it would take much time and resources to type up a EULA or buyer agreement much like HB and IR have if they wanted to do so.
