I check this from time to time now that some games are being lost here: List of Removed GOGs

It's starting to become annoying (not blaming GOG). Fortunately some titles do end up on torrents as a last resort but that's not always the case.
At least with this instance, gog made the announcement in advance. They've also said they're working to get those two games brought back.

Where? I saw the Perimiter sale but I didn't read anything in that thread.

Haha and I and a few others got a scolding from TET and a few others defending GOG from taking it down then they put a sale from one that's going away (that I actually know if). I know it's says temporary which maybe makes all the difference but still, that was..bold.

Maybe they got permission. I know Soldiers was the Daily Deal on Steam literally a few days before they pulled it (the 25th of September, if you're curious).
Looking on the available perimeter titles on gamersgate the whole series seems to be very complex regarding publishers and licensing. Perimeter was released here from Codemasters, the standalone-expansion on gamersgate from Paradox and the sequel from Strategy First. Wouldn't be surprised if the license moved on to another company now and gog needs to make a new deal.

Edit: And Mobygames says that for the expansion and the sequel 1c is the publisher. Btw, also soliders sequel is released on gamersgate by paradox and on mobygames from 1c, which let me quess that paradox did the releases for western europe for 1c here. So, got the developers the licenses back or got 1c as part of the deal to release the followers?

I guess I missed the announcement that the game was leaving the site and the sale for this game.
