Yes. It includes Ultima 7 Part 1 and expansion plus Ultima 7 Part 2 and expansion.

Yes. The version sold here includes everything ever released under the Ultima 7 name. I.e. the first part Ultima 7 - The Black Gate plus the addon Forge of Virtue, plus the second part Ultima 7 - The Serpent Isle plus it's addon The Silver Seed.

...and it is awesome!
