I don't pay attention to what new games are coming out (for one thing, my computer is about 5 years old and it won't run many of them), so I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions for you.

I'm in for 01kipper, and if you like blood while its not a new game Mount and Blade can be quite bloody. If you turn on blood in the options your weapon, then your arms, and finally face and chest will be progressively dripping red.
