Is it worth getting it? Or using TuTu or BGT is better?
There are a few addictions, like new quests and character, but the port isn't good at all. You can mod BG resolution and it will look better then this.

Look for 'Big World Project'. You can shape your BG install whatever way you want without much hassle. It glues many other mods(which you want) together without faults. It includes a manual so you know which mod does what and select accordingly. BGT is included. It is updated frequently.

From what I gathered, they even managed to introduce new ones.
One of the virtues of the Enhanced series is that the Infinity Engine has been reworked. Aside from increasing hardware compatibility, it also means that the game is less buggy as a whole because fixes could be cleanly and universally integrated into the game. With the original version of Baldur's Gate II, there were at least five different major fixpacks that worked together to fix a wide swath of issues. Having gone through that process at least thrice, I am personally tired of collecting mods to fix a game.

PROS
+Integrates the fixes done by modders and makes them work cleanly in a rebuilt engine.
+Additional bugfixes introduced to the series, many of which weren't possible for older versions of the game.
+More content, including an arena and at least three new party members.
+You can use Wild Mage and other BG2 content in BG1.
+BG1 now uses the BG2 interface instead.
+Better compatibility with modern hardware.
+Improved multiplayer.
+Easier to mod, due to being less hardcoded.

CONS
-More expensive than GOG's older version of the Baldur's Gate series.
-There are new bugs, on account of the reworked engine.
-Some mods no longer work, and haven't been updated by their developers.
-Graphics don't look good at higher resolutions. The original art assets have been lost, preventing re-rendering.

Also in the Cons category:

No original cinematics.
+ Multiplayer and game experience is far smoother
- Yes, new bugs, I got some of those, nothing game breaking but still (some of the old ones disappeared though)
I would just stick with the originals if you already have them. Or hell if you don't they're still cheaper here.
I bought it, I wish I hadn't. There's very little worth the "Enhanced" part of the title - the new content doesn't gel that well with the rest of the game. It somehow looks worse than the original and offers far too little for the asking price. Really, there's NOTHING modern about this game - the new "cinematics" are worse than the original 3D rendered ones and they couldn't even be bothered to brush up the 2D backdrops.
