I finally started Planescape Torment, the first game I bought here :P
I will clean my backlog. One day.
You'll never clean your backlog, nobody seems to get this achievement :P
No, you won't.
Too many games for one life :D
Considering I still have a couple Playstation 1 games I got on clearance out a dollar bin, you are more current with your backlog than I am.
If you're playing PST: I suggest consulting this guide:

For best possible play experience.
There is no way that a gamer could ever hope to clean his backlog.
Trust me, i'll try it for decades.

Already done, but I installed only a couple of patches :)
A fix and the widescreen ones.

By the way, a little curiosity: a group of fans, here in Italy, translated the whole game into italian language...and it is a monster of works.
It required them years of hard work to do so.

I finished MGS4, both old version and new with trophies.
The crappy thing is, it didn't recognize your old saves, so if you achieved, like me, the Big Boss badge on your run of the "non-patched" game, it won't recognize your saves, forcing you to start a new game with the 2.0 patch.

:O dang i guess i have to start a new one again
there is always one more game you feel like you've missed or simply would like to try
One does not simply clean his backlog. Especially, when he goes nuts with the sales.

Luckily is not my case, I rarely buy too many titles, there are also times when I buy...nothing at all like in the previously Steam sales (and those on GOG now).
I recently went over 100 GOG titles, and I've finished TWO of them!!!

Well technically one. I did not play through the world camp of Settlers 2.

EDIT:
Wait a sec. I forgot about Trine which I not only finished but got 100% on. Lets make it 2.5 games finished, not counting the ones I finished before I came here which I bought here so that I could stop worrying about losing the roms.
