Does it include the unofficial 1.02 patch?

If a patch is unofficial, it is a safe bet that the GOG version does not include it.
Check the Startopia forums, they might have a thread devoted to patch materials.

I somehow managed to miss that topic on the Startopia boards.
I still own an old disc version of Startopia which actually still works and I never had thr guts to try the 1.02 patch so I wanted to see if GOG did the work for me and I then would just have bought the game on here.
