I would have to say that should be in every gamer's list. It's a great 3D RTS game set in space. The [url=http://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/homeworld_2]sequel was really fun as well. I really hope GOG can get it someday!

I'm in! One game though, that's difficult. Guess I'll have to go with what I've likely spent the most time with, Neverwinter Nights. All the fantastic user made mods kept me coming back to that game for years.
