Is it anxiety? Are you drinking a lot of caffeine later in the day?
rainkeeper777: i got social anxiety problems which i am hoping to get something for. caffeine not as much as i used to. slowly starting to move onto water.
i just lay there and no sleep. hours pass and still no sleep. yet i feel like a zombie im weak and tired. i dont like sleeping meds at all. So dont want those.
My honest advice would be to avoid meds altogether. Try to be active doing something, that will cause both your body and mind to be tired at the end of the day. Wake up at a decent hour too. Even on days you don't need to.
As for social, force yourself into situations, even if it just means talking to someone you don't know at random once a day. For me, it especially helped doing this with girls.
