Here's a little gem for you, an old driving game from the 90's called Skyroads. Your goal is to drive through the course before you run out of oxyen or fuel. Very addictive game with great music and pretty great graphics.

Should work fine under Dosbox.

I used to have the demo. I always ran out of gas about 30 feet from the goal on the last track. :(
