Adzeth: You could print screen, paste it into MS Paint or almost any other image manipulation program and crop it, if you want it as a picture without any other stuff in it.
The pictures can also be found in the game folders. They're named gfw_high.ico, and they contain the small icon and the large icon. My Windows 7 is smart enough to use the large one automatically when I use that gfw_high.ico as a folder icon. It also uses this one automatically if you make a shortcut to the game.
Sure i can do u print screen and then save the picture.. but this is unnecessary, inconvenient and means double lossy compression.
My standard procedure is:
1. Go into account and open the game with click..
2. Copy game name
3. right click game image; save as
4. create new folder, paste gamename
5. save image with the gamename in the created folder
6. kick the game installer and addon files into the created folder with save to
And does the image is found after installing the game is not much help, as installing the games (single core and extrem cpu intensive uncompression ARGH!!!) takes longer than downloading it (100Mbit cable) ;)
They should return to previous state where the image could be saved.. just as it should be. And add the image to the GOG-Downloader queue with the installer or goodies.
If you collect games like me (http://www.gogwiki.com/wiki/User:Executer) it is all about convenience :)
