Weclock: I believe it was the terms of service, or soemthing similar, when I read it last month.

I'm guessing the TOS also contains language to the effect that Valve reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms at any time. That bit of boilerplate tends to make every TOS completely worthless.

Correction, the TOS isn't completely worthless... unless you're the consumer. *laughs evilly*
I hadn't logged into my Steam account in about 6 months, but when I did I found someone had gifted me the Oddworld collection for Christmas.
They said that for Valve games they never said that for 3rd party.
They have never stated that was only for Valve games. Thye have however stated thay you would still be able to play ALL your games.
