I never played the game, so I want to know what all the hype is about. This also makes it hard for me to be funny about, as I don't really know anything about it. Still...

Before System Shock, there was Sword of Shodan!

I never finished this game because the friend that lent it to me wanted it back when I was more than midway... Now I need to finish the work. Shodan is... well, fundamentally everything Evil should be: seductive, devious, cunning, megalomaniac and still fascinating. And female, but after the last sentence that should be obvious. ; )

For I have never played this gem...
I think I remember having seen System Shock 2 in some video-game magazine around that time, but I was rather obsessed with the release of Final Fantasy VIII... it had gunblades...

The atmosphere and story line of this game is so well done that it sucks you right in.

I remember playing this game home alone, at 3AM, with all the light off and wearing headphones. I ended up so freaked out that I felt the hair stand up on the back of my neck and I ran round the house turning on all the lights, checking closets and under the bed.

I have not to this day had a game draw me in and effect me in such a way as System Shock 2 did. So please...
