My shelf of GoG's is showing two copies of Beneath a Steel Sky. How can I remove one of them, please? I have no idea how this happened in the first place.

I'd say unless you're OCD, it doesn't matter. Its a free game from GOG, not like you walked out of a store with 2 physical copies of a game but only paid for one.
