After couple of days of biggest rainfall in the last 117 years Serbia is facing major floods situation, the country is in the state of emergency. Many areas of the country have suffered a devastating blow, many people have lost their homes and there are even human casualties. Residents from regions that are unaffected by this disaster (myself included, thankfully) are organizing to help in any way we can to those that haven't shared our luck.
I heard that the situation is similar in neighbouring Bosnia also.
