So this game is been around for a long while, I had access to the beta thanks to Dreamlords being cancelled, but never actually tried it out, I installed it today and it's pretty neat, kinda confusing and complex but promising.

Also features permadeath which is pretty cool to me hehe :) not wandering around without no need to I guess.

If you guys are interested in it check it out here:

Cheers, have a nice weekend.
Seems like nobody likes Salem :(
I'll try it, could be interesting.

I was thinking it looked like Haven & Hearth then I looked at the the different skills you've available and the UI, they seemed to have copied a lot from H&H (or the other way around, I don't know).

Still, I've barely begun but it looks kind of interesting. It's damn annoying that all these Java games seem to be stuck at 50FPS, I want 60 or I'll lose my membership to the 60FPS club. :(

Hehe I think the same about Java games :d

It seems Seatribe worked on both games, hence he similarities I think, didn't hear about H&H but it looks interesting aswell.

Now on the game yeah is kinda confusing when you start but I've got the hang of it (I believe so) check out the Salem Wiki if you're lost at some point, I'm looking for a good guide at the moment. :)
I tried it. I couldn't find a living soul outside towns so I dropped it. This is a successor of one of my favourite games though - Haven & Hearth. I think I enjoyed that game more, and liked the graphics more. And it wasn't that hard to find people there, at a time.

The game is kinda dead, but I guess is okay since I don't want to be dying every 2 hours or less hehe.

I'm actively playing it so if you'd like to give it another go we can get together and build something cool!

Cheers!
