It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

My work has added GOG to it draconian list of blocked sites. I can know longer check out the forum on my lunch breaks :(
I feel sorry for you that sucks when a company does that.
Can you use an "anonymizer" site?

My guess is that the anonymizers have been blocked as well. Those are a first port of call for any IT admin looking to clamp down on private internet use.

Sucks that they've done that, but at the end of the day it's the company's property and the company's internet connection.

How about buying a tablet and a mobile internet subscription? Means you don't even have to sit in the office when browsing the forum.

Nah, a proxy requires you to change the browser settings, which a lot of companies lock down. He means an actual site like http://www.global-proxy.com/

Sure, but "anonymizer" is more fun to pronounce.

Something like www.anonymouse.com

Haven't studies shown that private internet actually increased productivity? I remember reading about this somewhere...

Edit: Hey, that also means GOG is famous now!

I saw something like that, too, maybe last month or so. Something about how the short and periodic distraction or break from ones' regular work could actually keep them more focused.
