I have been trying to get the password reset on my main account for several days now. I have attempted to reset it using the automated form at least five times, but have yet to receive a single confirmation email. I've doublechecked spam and junkmail folders, and it's not getting dropped into there. I have also sent several emails to support but have yet to receive a response.

Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do? I suppose I can buy my games using this account if I really need to, but I would prefer to keep everything under my original account, for simplicity's sake. How long does it usually take GOG.com support to respond to a password reset request?

GOG does have intermittent support response problems that can be made worse by the hours the support staff keeps (they are in Poland, so different time zone, plus they don't work weekends). Their normal response time is 1 to 2 business days, but if you have not been getting any responses at all, then send an e-mail to users@gog.com, that will sometimes get the ball rolling.

I'd keep sending support tickets, or maybe keeping this thread open until staff notice and respond. Or even PM a staffer like TheEnigmaticT and maybe he'll help you out....just find a staffer post and PM them and ask about it. Hopefully they'll help out soon.

Enigmatic T is somewhere in the forums right now, you can probably catch him and ask him to look into it. Just look for the exclamation marks on the forum page.
