A funny thing happened. I tried to find the game Z using the search but I can't. It doesn't support 1 letter. You guys may want to fix this before Z leaves the front page.

Happy gaming!

JudasIscariot: It did not want to launch when we tested it. Perhaps this will get addressed in a later update, but, as it stands right now, we can't claim it works on XP :(
Bad Z! ;-P

Thanks for the clarification. :-)

Yeah I've read about that in the GOG forum. Is there a way to set a windowed mode? What resolutions are available?

There are no resolutions available in the options. Its just standard 1280x800 resolution as much as I know.

w00t for "Z" being here! :D

It is too bad we couldn't get the DOSBox original, though; that one would presumably work in XP. (And be 5.99 too)

If it's locked to the resolution, is there a way to at least run it in a window? Maybe edit a configuration file?

I don't know. Will look into it and see if I can find a solution to this.

Cool. Thanks!
Brings back many memories. I remember looking at the big box of this game on the shelf, its design was so captivating. I never bought it, though. Maybe it was better, I would not have enjoyed it as a child as it seems very difficult.

Thx Gog.

It has ultra-modern-super-duper-next-gen-DX11-graphics that don't work on the poor peasant OS Windows XP!

Actually, despite the ironic hyperbole, what's the betting that it really does use DX10 or 11?
