Zoidberg: Stupid senseless argument. Do gog really sends 21% of sales from a sold game to Belgium?

If not, then bullshit.

And even then, it'd be 21%, anything more is a scam.

Matruchus: Actually by the new EU directive gog has to bill you in local EU tax which goes to the respective country. How that happens I don't know. I worked in a wholesale company in my country and I know how prices are made so I can tell you that the tax is only an excuse.
Thanks for the heads up. :)

MacArthur: I backed the game on KS and got a GOG key by asking to Matt by a message on KS. I don't think he will refuse one to you if you ask too. :)
How long it took for you to get your GOG key when you asked him? I sent a message on Saturday, asking if I could have a GOG key instead of the Steam key, but I haven't got an answer yet. The only thing I noticed was that Matt, in a project update, mentioned that he's working on having a DRM-free option in the Humble service, since many people have requested it. No mention of a GOG key anywhere, though, and I'm wondering if I should just activate the bloody Steam key already.

I got a response from him through Kickstarter, but he may be getting swamped with messages. I did just notice that the DRM-free version has been added to my Humble account though (wasn't there the last time I checked.)

Look in the comments. He did say that he prefers to give drm-free HB keys and that he only had a handful of GOG keys. I didn't even receive any receipt from GOG for the game, so it did look like a spontaneous thing for both of them. You need to figure out this with him when he will have more time probably.

Okay, thank you for the response. I don't want to bombard the man with such a trivial thing though: if he missed my earlier message (or chose to ignore it) then that's fine: I will settle for Steam then. It's not a big deal. I think I'm just gonna wait and see what happens in the next few days and meanwhile continue my Shadowrun playthrough; if the GOG option hasn't made a natural appearance during that time, I think I'll just activate the Steam key.
