I've a hankering to lop off some heads and watch the blood spout up in a crimson fountain. Keep it to GOG titles if you will. Much appreciated.

Blood, perhaps? As I understand it, the game takes the gameplay of Duke Nukem and mixes it with horror movie tropes.
