As for however likely it might look to you, if you simply browse the 'recently played games' list and check the time spent on them, then take a look at the friends list,... oh well.
I think you'll find that's 75; the Turba one took me a while though, but with nice easy ones like Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter (start campaign on South America, turn 180 degrees, jump into water and grab rocket launcher) to counterbalance things, it's not been too bad overall.
The worst ones to do for me were Alien Breed: Impact and The Wonderful End of the World; the latter of which I had to play through twice because I didn't realise that even if you'd never played before, you still had to reset the profile before starting ...
And definitely not using Steam Achievement Manager; I have a lot of games on my account, so definitely wouldn't want to lose them!
Just waiting for someone to play Portal 2 with me now, so I can finish the last achievement for today!
