I couldn't find if this was asked somewhere else already, but if you gift someone the humble bundle does the gift url tell them how much was paid, or allow them to further donate to the charities?

Nope to the first question, most likely yes to the second.

Pretty sure they let them donate further, but as your credit card info is not saved they can't use or acquire your card info.

It used to but no more it doesnt show how much money was spent and there used to be place to add more money but I cant see it it newer ones

I think it says how much was paid but the they cannot increase the amount, unlike a normal bundle purchase where you can increase the amount after the fact. I am sure about the second part as they state this is the case on their website.
