I recently wanted to play Red Guard on my pc (Os windows 7). I have the cd but wouldn't run.

So I Installed windows 97 on virtual engine, and ran it through 97.
The graphics sucked as it didn't recognize my VGA card.. but you could always do it this way :)

I played Leisure Suit Larry 4 on Windows 97, it was pretty awesome!

Do it the Foxhack way.

Sell your originals and buy the digital version with the profits. :p
