Hey guys, im kinda new here. I was wondering if you ever tried sending a email to the guys at support, and got a response?
I've sent them like 3 mails, and no word from them.

Yes it works and they do indeed respond.
They have been very busy with the new site and holidays coming. They should get back to you. Make sure to use the Support Link at the top of the page.
Until then you can try here on the boards; you might find the answer you seek.

it.. it takes a while, I still haven't received replies from emails from a few MONTHS ago.
maybe they're not doing support emails or maybe the point has become moot.
I have received 6 responses so far.
There were a couple of mails I did not get a response to, but I think they do a good job for how busy they must truly be.
Well i've sent them a mail and it took a couple of days/weeks ( i'm not sure) but they replied it. They are probably terribly busy toreply to everyone in time.
Still no news...

i sent a support message about gothic and got a response the same day + a follow up message asking if the solution worked.
I'm sorry you had to wait. We try to respond to support issue messages ASAP, which is usually from one to three days, but can be more on occasion. This depends on the type of problem and the amount of traffic in the support system.
As for more "casual" messages, by which I mean those not related to a problem - we read all of them (kudos always boost morale!;)) and reply if and when time allows.
