I wanted to buy "Fallout," so I went through the process, but then my computer stopped spinning its wheels (so to speak) and the bottom of the page said "Done," but I was still on the checkout page with now blank spaces where I just put all my info. and nothing else happened. No game to download, and my profile says I have no games yet. Does anybody know what the deal is?

Ok, thanks everyone! Everything turned out fine, and I also learned how to turn off that annoying UAC. :-)

If you don't have the option of downloading the game I'd bet your order didn't go through. All my purchases have been instant through GOG, and immediately after purchasing games I am able to download them.
I'd suggest checking your creditcard to see if a charge went through or contact GOG support, they're awesome.

Ok, thanks. I figured that was the case. Unfortunately. No credit card charge, and I did contact support to make sure; just waiting for a response.

I just tried with a mastercard too and it seems that it still doesn't work.

I had what sounds like the same problem with my VISA on multiple tries. If you have Vista, try turning off your UAC(User Account Control) in Control Panel. I was finally able to get the transaction through after doing this. I don't know if that's what fixed it or not, but it will only take a reboot to try.

just bought fallout2 & tactics with debit mastercard, no prob. downloading the game now.

What browser were you using when you tried to purchase the game?
