I played it on gametap. Played the first level and thought "what's all the fuss about".
Then a few months later i decided to give it another try... and it's awesome. The first "dream" level is the worst in the game.. rather dull and uninspiring. But after that it gets awesome. (also, at the beginning you have very limited moves).
Two tips:
(1) If playing on the PC, use a gamepad. I initially tried it with mouse and keyboard and it was no fun at all.
(2) Explore the open world hubs and talk to all the kids/characters. There are about 20 characters that all have their own sub-plots that advance throughout the story, mostly through dialogue, and being in the right place at the right time to talk to them.
It's entirely possible to just burn through the missions, but you miss half the fun.

As for Pschonauts2... hmmm.
I have nothing against the idea but i'm not sure it's needed. I'd probably rather that Tim just continue making cool original games.

PS/ Just noticed they have Project Eden on gametap free... always meant to play that. maybe i should give gametap another try... though i hear all the change has been for the worse.
