It says "win a next generation console on launch day" - so it'd be a PlayStation 4, Wii U, Xbox 3 (or whatever they'll call it).

If they're counting PC as a console, then sure, I'd be happy to win a "next generation" PC (as long as it's not a dumb terminal cloud-computing thing or some tiny HTPC with Windows 8: "herp derp colourful squares" edition pre-installed)
