I'm just wondering if anyone else had a problem with the holiday sales and I'm wondering about your experiences with the timeliness of support requests?

I participated in the holiday sale and placed a fairly sizable order on 14 Dec, but was charged full price for everything.

I just put a request in with support, but I don't know how quickly they usually work. I don't know if I should work my card company on this or not. They would likely just reverse the entire thing and that seems a bit drastic.

If anyone has some thoughts on this, I'd love the input.

Thanks!

I don't had those problems that you describe. However, the best thing you can do is to contact the support. I am sure they help you out. Usually they react quite fast, I never had to wait longer than a day.
Try contacting support again. I imagine they had several support tickets open around that time and might have overlooked it. They'll get back with you and clear things up.
Did it say during the checkout process that the discount was / should have been applied? I know that the game pages weren't updated until later on, but you should have seen the discount during checkout.
What games did you buy?

While most of the catalogue was on 50% off, Codemaster games and Gothic 1 (and maybe something else, can't remember) weren't.

Well, that settles it: I'm an idiot.

When I looked at the receipt for the order, I was looking at the prices for each game on the invoice. They are stated at full value, and not discounted, which is why I thought I had been charged full price. But I failed to look at the totals as well, which is where they actually applied the discount. Duh!
