Anyone else having problems viewing the forum from a smart phone? It just stops loading the rest of the forum midway and it only happens here, everything else is working ok. Initially i thought it was related with the server load (during the sales) but now i'm not sure...

thats been happening to me since the "update" to make it more compatible with smartphones - and my account page now only loads about 1am - 4am - even on pc.

Maybe is just something with your browser.

I'm connected using my phone (Chrome on Android 4.4.2) without any problem.

On my computer i would get something like that if the CSS doesn't load properly. Course if they are upgrading to the new HTML5 for example and your phone only supports HTML4, then that might cause problems...

My only site loading issue on my phone is GOG - and entirely since the "improvement update" for mobile devices when everything went grey.

...and that also extends to general web use of GOG - regardless of what device / network I use.

I have been having issues on my phone for a about 2-3 days now. The forums load but all the text is squished together and unreadable.

is there any chance GOG can recode the website and make it lighter and simpler for mobiles to display?. Since new frontpage came about - keeps bombing out randomly or slow to load up

Hello, I apologise for some parts of our site not working properly.
We are currently in a transition process, and because of that some parts of our service might not work as intended. Our website team is working hard to get rid of known bugs and to make your experience smoother and more friendly. Moreover, some parts, like your account, are scheduled for a complete overhaul, which will definitely fix the most troublesome issues. Unfortunately I am unable to predict when exactly the new version will be released, I can only ask you for your patience and understanding.
I also apologise for this once again.
Does this mean we're getting a new forum? Btw, no need to be so apologetic gog customer service peeps, i was reporting a bug not complaining about it.

No problems except that navigating the menu's is a pain in the a** while using the forums. On the main page it's ok..

The access to the tool bar in the forum from a smartphone is terrible to use. Otherwise, it's ok (most of the time) !
