I had just bought a game two day ago and I go to download it and it wasn't in my collection so I did everything the support thread for the game said to do and nothing happened. I contacted support and its been a day and a half and response from support. What should I do?

its christmas time for them too, give it some time to wait for a response, or you might be lucky and they read this.
if not after a few days, send a ticket again.
