Good evening everyone!
My friend gifted me and my boyfriend both of the Rollercoaster Tycoon games. I registered specifically for receiving the gift.
To my surprise, after registering and redeeming the gift (and getting the confirmation e-mail) those games are nowhere to be found! My boyfriend had the exact same problem, he contacted support about his issue, but i decided to type this out to you, in order to see if we were the only ones having this kinds of issues, considering the recent site changes and everything...
If anyoen knows anythign we can do to resolve this, please let me know, I surely will appreciate it :)
