Oh, and nice second link- I guess this explains a lot about RM; it seems vapid repetition was not a game flaw, but indeed a motif! Ahhhh.

It's basically a 3D beat 'em up. Did you never play the 2D kind? Streets of Rage? The Ninja Turtles one? They're repetitive like that. I'm convinced you just don't "get" RM.
