Not very likely, there are a lot of different rightholders for the Mechwarrior games and even in the past the licensing was highly contested, comparable to that of Star Trek games.
Most important is to get greenlight from Fasa, then Mechwarrior 1 to 3 wouldn't be much of a problem I think.
Mechwarrior 4...., Microsoft.... sigh.
